By purchasing a ticket to an Always Mama event, you agree to the following:

Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Always Mama. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us before the event.

Event Changes

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require changes to event details, vendors, timing or programming. If Always Mama cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a refund. If an event is rescheduled, guests will be contacted with their options.

Food & Allergies

If food or beverages are provided, please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements by the deadline provided. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Photography & Video

Photography and video may take place at Always Mama events and may be used on our website, social media and marketing. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know before or at the event and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.

Participation

Guests participate in event activities voluntarily and are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and Always Mama does not directly store your full payment card information.

Email Marketing

Purchasing an event ticket does not automatically subscribe you to ongoing Always Mama marketing emails. You may choose to join our email list separately and can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
